1- Investment project - construction of PV power station 9,9 MW - Primorsk, Zaporizhia region

Land plots area occupies 22.4381 ha in total, located at the territory of Primorsk city Primorsk district Zaporizhia region and can be used for the construction of SPP with approximate capacity of  9,9 MW.

Land plot is located at a distance of 0.55 km from high voltage substation SS 35/10 kV “Azov”.

At the substation are installed two transformers with capacity 4 МVА each one.

According to the Technical requirements for connection of SPP to electricity grids of PJSC “Zaporizhzhaoblenergo” the approximate power input scheme foresees:

  • construction of 35 kV SS at the territory of land plot with transformers with appropriate capacity;
  • construction of 35 kV line, approximate length of the trench 0.55 km from new 35 kV SS to SS 35/10 kV “Azov”.

Presently the following project documentation are available:

  • Elaborated business-model of the Project;
  • Received City planning conditions and restrictions;
  • Received the decision of Primorsk city council “On the approval of land allocation of land plots”;
  • Signed the Agreement on land lease of land plots, total area 4381 ha for 49 years.Purpose – for the production and distribution of electrical energy;
  • Signed the Agreement on design and research works;
    • Signed the Agreement on connection to electrical grids with PJSC “Zaporizhzhaoblenergo” (alternative energy) with the Annex Technical requirements on connection to electrical grids (valid till 12.2018);
    • Signed the Agreement on connection to electrical grids with PJSC “Zaporizhzhaoblenergo” (nonstandard connection) with the Annex Technical requirements on connection, which are not standard (valid till 22.05.2018);
    • Receiver Declaration on the beginning of preparatory works;
    • Receiver Declaration on the beginning of construction works.

Calculations
1. Cost of the project documentation (corporate rights of a company) – 450 000 EUR – ready to build (it is possible to negotiate)
2. Cost of access to the network (grid) – 230 000 EUR
4. Cost legal assistance (until permission to start works – supervision, release of the green tariff and final stage) – 40 000 USD
5. Rental cost – 18 000 EUR / year

At the expense indicated above – add approximately USD 10,000 – operating expenses of the legal entity of PV station.

Total approximate costs of SOLAR POWER STATION building are 9 000 000 USD
